The science

A pharmacology paper, redesigned as a product.

Why oral supplements rarely deliver what the label promises — and how we rebuilt delivery, dosing and manufacturing from the peptide up.

01 · Oral Dissolvable Strips

The mucosa is a shortcut.

The tissue beneath your tongue is one of the most vascularized surfaces in the body. It’s engineered — literally — to move small molecules straight into systemic circulation, bypassing digestion and hepatic first-pass metabolism entirely.

Our strips are thin films of a food-grade polymer matrix precision-loaded with pharmaceutical-grade active ingredients. Placed on the tongue, they dissolve in 15–30 seconds, releasing the payload directly across the oral mucosa.

The result: dramatically faster onset, higher plasma concentrations, and dose-to-dose consistency that capsules and powders can’t match.

02 · Peptides

Signals, not fuel.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids the body already produces to signal specific cellular behavior — repair a tendon, release growth hormone, stimulate collagen.

Unlike traditional supplements that flood a pathway, peptides act as precise instructions. The right peptide, at the right dose, at the right time.

But peptides are fragile. Stomach acid breaks them apart. That’s why capsule-based peptides rarely deliver measurable benefit — and why our sublingual delivery matters so much.

03 · NAD+

The coenzyme of longevity.

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell, helping convert nutrients into usable energy and supporting the enzymes responsible for DNA repair and cellular maintenance.

NAD+ levels naturally decline with age—falling by roughly 50% between 40 and 60. Restoring bioavailable NAD+ has therefore become an active area of longevity research.

What we focus on:
NAD+ precursor quality · Bioavailability · Assay testing · In-process control

If you want it shorter and more editorial like the rest of the Fortivo site, I’d use:

NAD+ is the cellular coenzyme behind energy production, DNA repair and healthy ageing. As levels decline with age, bioavailable NAD+ has become a major focus of longevity research.

04 · Glutathione

The master antioxidant.

Glutathione is one of the body’s most important antioxidants, helping cells manage oxidative stress and supporting the liver’s natural detoxification processes.

But delivery matters. Oral glutathione can be degraded during digestion before it reaches circulation.

Sublingual delivery places reduced (active) glutathione directly against the oral mucosa, helping it enter circulation more efficiently.

What we focus on:
Reduced glutathione · Bioavailability · Sublingual delivery · Purity & assay contro
